Campaign Presentations

Today we looked at historic and contemporary campaigns and campaigners that the students had studied for home inquiry such as Woman's Suffrage, Human Trafficking, Malcolm X, Save the Whales and  Ghandi.

Each student chose their own campaign to study and presented it to the class as a slide-show.

The presentations were fantastic and of a really high quality in terms of the way they were presented and the content.

This study links in with our current inquiry on "campaign for a change" highlighting particular campaigns and campaigners that have made a change to societies at some time or another. The students were able to see the effect and process of campaigns.
